We also offer mentor-led sessions, ATS analysis, and related career services. We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to (a) using the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) uploading malicious code or content; (c) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or connected networks; (d) impersonating another person; or (e) using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service without our prior written consent.

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials available on the platform, other than the content you upload, are the property of AI Career Advisor or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded content remains yours; however, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes will not apply to an active subscription period already paid for.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our AI-generated content will result in employment or any specific career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Career Advisor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Career Advisor and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may stop using the service or close your account at any time.
