When verified career consultants utilize our mentor console at hr.aicareeradvisor.io, they may connect their Google Account to facilitate scheduled video consultation sessions.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/meetings.space.createdexclusively to automatically generate a secure Google Meet conference room for each confirmed consultation booking. - •Data Handling and Retention: We persist only the Google Meet space identifier and join link (
meetingUri) for that specific appointment. We do not access, record, transcribe, download, or store meeting audio, video, chat conversations, or attendee rosters. - •Limited Use and AI Restrictions: AI Career Advisor adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Workspace API Developer Policy. Google user data is never used, transferred, or sold to train, build, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models. Google user data is completely isolated and is never sent to third-party AI tools.
- •Revocation: Consultants may disconnect their Google Account at any time in their console or via Google Account Security settings. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens are permanently deleted immediately.
